Honest Food is our way of being completely transparent with our guests. On our website you can see all the ingredients in our food. It helps you make a conscious and good choice. Below are the ingredient lists for all the dishes on our menu.


At Zócalo, the whole meal is about the ingredients. That's why we treat it with respect when we design the recipe, select it, prepare it, mix it with other ingredients, heat it and package it. We are not perfect, but we try every day to improve our dishes. For example, we have removed sugar from all our dishes. And even though we are small, we work every day to get better products from our suppliers.
